Fiber Laser Circle Holding Jig (not for deep etch).

I designed this jig to allow for easy repeatable placement of round disc shaped objects on the bed of fiber laser engravers.

This is 3D printed of PETG plastic (more heat resistant than PLA) and I made the design.

It fits standard beds that take M6 screws and the screw holes 25mm apart (on center). Screws are NOT included, discs are NOT included.

The size accommodates discs of just under 57mm down to 10mm. The step down is in 1mm increments and drop down 1.5mm per step. Overall height is 40mm tall. the 2 bolt hoes are 75mm center to center.

I have never seen a jig like this before. If you own a fiber laser you may want to favorite my shop as I plan on releasing more jigs (I have one for silicone bands in development right now).
