These are magnets for CO2 laser beds (with steel honeycombs). These can be used to align material (place 2 on 2 sides to quickly align pieces) or on top of warped wood to hold it down flat.

Magnets are in a high visibility (yellow orange) PLA plastic (no bad fumes if hit by laser). They have a keyring on top to allow easy removal and moving. The case is 40mm square and 15mm tall where the keyring is mounted, the rest of the base is only about 6mm tall, plenty for the laser tube to pass over on most lasers.
